Description

As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the accounting and finance departments daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• File for FRR Returns
• Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the companys objectives.
• Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Leading financial audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks to safeguard the companys assets.
• Mentoring and developing the finance team to enhance their performance and skills.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Big 4 is preferred
• Sell Side experience with FRR returns is a must
• Proven leadership skills within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to the organization.
