General Banking Officer - Account Open (Bank)

Our Client:

Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for General Banking Officer to join their branch operation team.

Job Description:

• Greet customers in the bank hall and assist in managing bank hall activities

• Perform and support in account opening function and selling banking loans products

• Define customer needs and refer customers to frontline sales and service staff thereby promoting bank professional image

• Answering customer enquires in order to enhance customer satisfaction and experience

• Introduce and promote e-banking service to customer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above

• Minimum one year solid experience in sales and customer service function.

• Good in Chinese, English and Putonghua

• Customer-oriented, proactive with good interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationship
