Facilities Manager

Responsibilities: Club routine repair and maintenance works, and alteration and addition works supervision Review and update preventive maintenance plans and procedures for the Club facilities Coordinate and supervise the consultants / contractors Preparation of tender documents and analysis Site works coordination and supervision Requirements: Degree / Higher Diploma in building services / architectural studies / civil engineering / surveying At least 6 years working experience in building repair and maintenance, M&E Experience to deal with consultants, contractors, Governments Departments Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, knowledge in AutoCAD operation would be in advantage Competitive remuneration packages will be offered to the right candidates.
