Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Analyze requirements, architect, and design solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate—including RPA, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Azure AI Foundry).
Development & Implementation: Build, configure, and integrate applications and automation workflows; ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Testing: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
AI Integration: Support and innovate on AI-related projects, including predictive analytics, intelligent document processing, and generative AI functionalities.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, solution architects, testers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to best practices in code reviews, design standards, and testing processes; contribute to internal governance and status reporting.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution quality using automation and AI techniques (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, AI-assisted development).
Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in low-code and automation software development, especially with Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong technical proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate (including RPA), Power BI, Copilot Studio, Azure, and related technologies.
Experience in solution design, system integration, and architecture for scalable enterprise solutions.
Solid understanding of quality assurance practices, including test automation.
Ability to operate independently in a complex, matrixed organization and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Azure) are highly desirable.
