About the Role

The Finance Manager reports to Financial Controller and supports the Accounts Team to provide comprehensive support for the 香港 and 新加坡 offices. Primary responsibilities include:

• Handle completion of monthly management reports, variance analysis and schedules, etc. on a timely basis for 香港 and 新加坡
• Oversee daily AP process from invoice to payment
• Handle annual auditing, profits tax filing, law society reporting and other tax reporting in 香港 and 新加坡
• Support the compliance with all statutory regulations and audit and tax requirements
• Liaise with overseas offices on interoffice expenses and recharges
• Oversee payroll functions, including payroll processing, salary payments, MPF/CPF contributions, tax filings (e.g. IR56, individual income tax), and ensure compliance with payroll‑related statutory requirements
• Direct and coordinate planning and preparation of forecast and annual budget
• Review cash flow forecasts for Head office and local management

ExperienceWhat You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of total accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
• Good communication skills, independent, and able to meet tight schedules
