Responsibilities

Working as an important member of hotel pre-opening team and assisting in building your future finance team and culture.
Responsible for the timely preparation of the daily banking of cash, preparing the General Cashier’s Summary and processing petty cash.
Responsible for maintaining records and documents related to payroll activities and providing prompt and accurate payment of staff.
Performing payroll processing and month end closing of payroll and maintaining control over actual payroll performance.
Cooperating, coordinating and communicating with other departments in matters concerning payroll and internal control.
Interacting, as required, with individuals outside the hotel including the hotel’s bank, tax auditors and other hotels and IHG corporate offices.

What We Need From You

A minimum of 2 years of solid relevant experience in payroll and general cashier operations in hotels.
A higher diploma in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
Hands-on, responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity.
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
Familiar with labour ordinance and MPF rules and regulations.
Familiarity with Sun Ledger and HR Server will be advantageous.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, speaking and writing.
