Customer Care Officer (Full Time - Afternoon Shift)

Make The Right Call is based in Hong Kong with more than 20 years’ experience servicing various industries and is an award-winning Call Centre in the Customer Service Industry. The company has ISO27001:2013 and PCI Security Standard certifications, operates 24/7 with a seating capacity of over 330 workstations, and values a diverse, inclusive team of more than 200 professionals.

• Fulfil daily operational tasks and documentation in line with Key Performance Index.
• Provide customer service to handle inquiries and complaints, maintenance and ad hoc service.
• Improve customer expectations and satisfaction by providing effective and efficient solutions.
• No selling is required.
• Shift: 13:00 pm to 23:00 pm (5 days work).

• Diploma or equivalent (DSE / HKCEE or above).
• A good team player and professional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good PC knowledge; Chinese word processing preferable.
• Knowledge or experience in customer service/call centre/e-Commerce is an advantage.
