Senior Officer, Syndicated loans & structured finance
Be responsible for execution and assist in origination for the Structured Finance loans transactions covering Greater China, including Loan Acquisition Finance / LBOs / Structured Finance / Project Finance / Sponsors Event Driven transactions.
Managed to work out financial projection and documentation review independently with minimal supervision.
Work with Head of Structured Finance to develop business strategy to increase Loan capability.
To collaborate with all business partners and be able to take ownership on the more complex non-recourse financing including sponsors or event driven deals.
Cross border collaboration with regional teams.
To ensure all compliance requirements by internal and external regulatory bodies are fulfilled.
Participate in ad-hoc assignment as assigned.
Promising candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager, Investment Banking.

Requirements:Degree holder or above preferably with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
At least 3-5 years in Structured Finance or relevant industry from corporate banks, with audit background is an advantage.
Holder of CPA/CFA is preferred.
Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Multi-tasking and attentive to details; able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Fluent in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
