Demi Chef de Partie (助理主廚)

As the Demi Chef de Partie at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will be assisting the Chef de Partie in crafting high quality dishes that align with our menu. You will help enhance our culinary offerings and create exceptional dining experience for every guest.

A little taste of your day-today 您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but youll mostly be: 每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes 根據菜單，協助主廚準備和烹飪高品質的菜餚
• Ensuring all food quality and presentation standards are met 確保所有食品品質和外觀標符合標準
• Ensuring all food items are stored and handled properly 確保所有食品妥善存放和處理
• Maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils 維護足夠的廚房設備和用具
• Assisting in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards 協助維持廚房清潔和衛生標準

What we need from you 我們對您的要求 

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as chef working in hotels or fully service restaurants 具備至少四年在酒店或全桌服務的餐廳擔任廚師的工作
• A certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent 廚藝證書或同等資歷
• Good problem solving skills 良好解決問題的能力
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure 注重細節和能在壓力下工作
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 良好的團隊合作和溝通能力
