About the 職位

We are looking for a regional HR Partner to help Jane Street roll out a globally coordinated effort to streamline our overall HR function, as well as work with managers and stakeholders to align our business objectives with HR initiatives. This role is based in our 香港 office and sits within our global HR team.

The HR team is an extremely dedicated group of people who enjoy working collaboratively, both within the team and with the people and groups they support, to keep Jane Street an excellent place to work. You should love helping people and solving problems, and be excited to contribute to the development of the firm as we continue to grow.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

Being a strategic partner for the business in thinking through issues related to office growth, maintaining 公司名稱 culture and enriching the overall employee experience
Providing guidance to managers through coaching and counselling on employee relations issues
Being an active part of the Global HR team through sharing experiences and insight, as well as taking global ideas and making them local where necessary
Collaborating with other HR functions to deal with matters related to mobility, recruitment, compensation and benefits, development and payroll
Being an outlet for employees; supporting colleagues and the business through the proper handling and resolution of any issues that arise
Managing the local HR team

About You

People management experience
10+ years of experience preferred
Strong team player with a high degree of maturity, professionalism and good judgement
Trustworthy and discreet; able to handle all information with the appropriate sensitivity and care
Have the flexibility and open-mindedness to learn and be comfortable with both managing and doing the work yourself
Positive and approachable; able to stay composed, prepared and balanced in all interactions
Understand HR best practices and are well-connected in the industry
Have strong analytical skills; able to read and understand data to help inform decisions and strategy across the team
Excellent written and oral communication
Fluent in English
