Since late 2003, Zung Fu has been appointed the exclusive distributor for Hyundai cars in Hong Kong. In the PRC, Zung Fus operations cover 11 cities in Southern China. Customer Contact Consultant
Job Description:
- Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved.
- Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.
- Supporting marketing / promotional activities and perform administrative duties.
- Support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service / retail / aviation or hotel industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive and Positive working attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on shift (5.5 days per week, Monday - Sunday)
- Work locations: Hung Hom
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
