Client Services Officer, Business Admin Unit, Private Banking (PB-BA-CSO)
Responsibilities:
- Perform account opening and maintenance services including processing all client onboarding documents and ensuring compliance with related regulatory requirements and internal guidelines;
- Support RMs in completing KYC/ CDD review, credit application and related documentations;
- Provide administrative support to Team Leader / RMs and liaise with relevant departments to execute transactions;
- Answer queries from RMs and clients on transactional activities, operations, systems and provide effective solutions to such queries.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Client Services Officer / Assistant Relationship Manager in either Priority or Private Banking;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin;
- A good team player who can work effectively and be positive towards learning and performing the assigned duties.
