Client Advisor / Sales Associate (國際時裝品牌銷售員 )

職責：

• 了解並熱愛代表著品牌，擔任品牌形像大使。
• 學習產品知識從而推動銷售工作，並與顧客介紹品牌及產品特色。
• 提供卓越的客戶服務，包括飾物配搭建議，同時為顧客留下難忘的品牌體驗。
• 了解客人需要，提升顧客對品牌及服務的滿意度，從而達至及超越公司訂下的營運目標。
• 確保商店的陳列達到品牌標準及處於良好狀態, 負責商品進貨入庫、銷售管理及庫存管理。

入職條件：

• 中五或以上程度，具一年或以上零售經驗
• 積極主動、勤力、富責任感、樂觀及有良好的顧客服務態度
• 良好的人際關係和溝通技巧
• 流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話
• 具專業銷售技巧者優先考慮
• 較多經驗者可申請Senior Sales

Responsibilities:

• Putting customers first, providing professional and good service attitude, providing customers with the best sales and handling customer inquiries
• Maintain customer relationship and provide after-sales service in compliance with company standards
• Maintain a brand presence within the team and maintain a positive attitude
• Complete the sales target set by the company (individual and team)

Requirements:

• Secondary 5 or above, with one year or above retail experience
• Proactive, hardworking, responsible, optimistic and have a good customer service attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent Cantonese, good English and Mandarin
• Professional sales skills are preferred
• Those with more experience can apply for Senior Sales
