Care Service Administrator

To support the daily operations of the Care Service team, ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the repair administration process, and manage relevant systems while providing efficient support to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange shipments and delivery to HQ, Hong Kong & Macau shops, oversea partners and external repair workshops

  • To do packing and unpacking of the repairs transferred between stores and Care Service team. Make sure all the unpacking job finished at the same day of physically receiving the repairs.

  • Register incoming repairs received from commercial network (DOS or wholesale), ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the repair process

  • Conduct quality inspection on all repaired products received from repair center ensuring verification of the Quality Standard

  • Dispatch the spare parts to each repair. Ensure spare parts for repairs are picked no later than next day when status is changed to ‘on repairing and consumed correctly in the system.

  • Ensure spare parts inventory are replenished on a regular basis and make sure the spare parts availability is more than 90%.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of the spare part inventory and process spare parts transactions, perform data entry in relevant system

  • Manage spare part usage and prepare monthly reports

  • Follow up spare part orders from Hong Kong & Macau shops and business partners

  • Follow up tools orders for repair workshops

  • Submit Monthly Invoices and Statement payment arrangement, input payment details in relevant system

  • Carry out monthly stock take respecting company guidelines on stock management and inventory control

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Proficiency of business spoken Mandarin

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in after sale service, operations or administration

  • Independent, mature, attention to details, and able to meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of logistics and after sale repair process is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Knowledge in SAP system, Procurement Order System (Ivalua) will be an advantage
