Our client, a global investment bank, are actively seeking a middle office C# developer to join their team in 香港. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting various mission critical fixed income and equities trading applications.

The role:
  • Gather business requirements from Fixed Income and Equities Middle Office teams, implementing new functionalities within the in-house system.
  • Liaise with trading and middle office users to provide timely support for change requests.
  • Manage projects throughout the full SDLC, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system enhancements and support.
  • Collaborate with various internal IT and user teams, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, especially within Front Office and Risk Management.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards, regulatory requirements, and change control frameworks.
  • Address daily production issues and perform ongoing system maintenance.
What you offer:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of development experience in investment banking, with at least 5 years in .NET/C#.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS (MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle) and familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threading, and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience with development tools (GIT, Maven, SonarQube, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Proven experience supporting Cash Equities and Fixed Income businesses, particularly in trade al地點 and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with back-to-back trading is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and participation in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg TOMS and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath) is a plus.
