Purpose of the Role

This role is to drive sales growth and brand competitiveness in the luxury beauty market through effective cross‑functional collaboration, key account management, and frontline team leadership, ensuring exceptional customer experience and sustainable business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales by orchestrating with cross‑functional teams like Retail & Marketing, Training.
• Drive sales performance of key accounts. Establish and implement the plan including promotion & animation.
• Represent the brand and maintain positive relationships with external business partners to enhance brand competitiveness.
• Closely monitor brand core sales performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the sales plan and provide recommendations to management.

Team Management (Office & Frontline)

• Plan and manage incentive programs to motivate the frontline to provide excellent customer experience and achieve sales target.
• Manage frontline staff and work closely with HR business partners on recruitment.
• Manage a retail experience team and provide guidance and support to develop their career within the 公司名稱.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience from Prestige Beauty/ Fashion or Luxury goods industry.
• Strong understanding of the luxury retail industry in the 香港 market.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, able to identify growth opportunities based on data and reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Solid leadership skills and able to work with management level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
