The Intact Lab – with headquarters in Montreal, 加拿大 – is a fast-growing, digital innovation hub backed by Intact Financial Corporation. Intact Financial (HK) limited (Intact Lab, HK) is our 第一頁 AI R&D center outside of 加拿大. This expansion into the Asia Pacific region is an exciting chapter of our journey to become the best insurance A.I. shop in the world. What you’ll do here:

Build and support using the latest cloud technologies for the EDP (Enterprise Data Platform) dedicated to the 香港 lab.
Support the AI roadmap by provision the cloud infrastructure using AWS, Snowflake, Databricks.
Leverage the latest IaC, CICD, and AI\GenAI\AgenticAI technologies to drive the automation and innovation.
Implement proper security best practices and guardrails to protect Intact system, data and customers.
Collaborate with 香港 and Canadian teams across different regions, occasional nighttime meeting with Canadian team is expected.
Work within a multi-disciplinary environment mixing people from architect, Data Engineer, AI Developer, Data Scientists, Actuarial and Cybersecurity.
Need to be available for evening meetings 2–3 times per week with the Canadian counterpart team (approximately 4–6 hours/week)
All this, while keeping a good work-life balance.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience related experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps.
2-3 years hands‑on experience of managing and developing using Snowflake or/and Databricks or/and AWS SageMaker.
Excellent experience in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, Endpoint, Firewall, Secret Manager, Backup.
Strong expertise in DevOps tools, including Terraform, Github, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Elastic Search, HashiCorp Vault, Dynatrace, DataDog.
Solid understanding and implementation in the Cybersecurity best practice
A self‑starter, who can drive and follow through the initiatives from the beginning to the end.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
