• Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique business needs and how our solutions can address them.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic partnerships that will expand our market reach and create new avenues for growth.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform our sales strategy and product development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide valuable feedback from the market.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 - years of proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
