  • Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or property related disciplines
  • A CPA qualification or other professional qualification in Accountancy or Internal Audit would be a plus
  • 5 years experience with min. 3 years in leasing operation, property management, budget controls, or related fields, preferably in a major property developer
  • Strong sense of internal control, systematic, committed, and willing to travel
  • Able to work under pressure and commit to a long-term career development
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English

Candidates with more experience would be consider for position of Senior Assistant Manager.
