Manage the onboarding of customers and business partners onto the 公司名稱's digital ecosystem through API, middleware, file-transfer, and web-based solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical integration matters, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable solutions that align with operational and commercial objectives.
Lead integration activities from initial assessment through implementation, validation, and production rollout.
Support connectivity with third-party platforms, marketplaces, software vendors, and service providers.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance system interoperability.
Provide guidance on data mapping, interface specifications, integration architecture, and technical best practices.
Monitor integration performance, investigate issues, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams.
Maintain technical documentation, implementation records, and operational procedures.
Partner with internal departments to assess new business opportunities and determine technical feasibility.
Deliver technical support and advisory services related to APIs, data exchange, application connectivity, and platform functionality.
Contribute to technology improvement initiatives and support special projects when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in software integration, technical consulting, solution delivery, application support, or a related field.
Strong understanding of API technologies, web services, system interfaces, and data exchange standards such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
Hands-on experience supporting system integrations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and managing technical implementations.
Knowledge of RESTful services, SOAP protocols, databases, and basic software development concepts.
Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and post-production support, would be advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred.
Comfortable working with regional stakeholders and occasional travel requirements.
