Job DescriptionJob Summary

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and contribute to UOB 香港's overall growth.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing guidance and mentorship.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and expand market share.
Oversee the development and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Manage risk effectively, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Represent UOB 香港 in various internal and external forums, promoting the bank's brand and values.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on business performance, project status, and market insights.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the assigned business unit.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
Strong understanding of the 香港 financial market, regulatory landscape, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
HKMA licence Type 1 & Type 4 is required
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are highly advantageous.
Holder of ECF qualification on CRM is preferred
