As the Bar Manager at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui 香港, you will create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests. Proper guest service requires a staff that is thoroughly trained in service etiquette, product knowledge, and makes every effort to meet the needs of each and every guest. A little taste of your day-to-day Every Day Is Different, But You’ll Mostly Be

Managing daily bar operations and ensuring adherence to all standards and protocols
Developing innovative beverage concepts and promotions to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
Leading and motivating a team of bartenders and servers, fostering a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction
Providing ongoing training and professional development to bar team, ensuring top-notch service delivery
Collaborating with the culinary team to create complementary food and beverage pairings
Maintaining inventory and control costs while ensuring health and safety regulations compliance
Monitoring industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our bar at the forefront of the market.

What We Need From You

A minimum of 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a similar 職位
A bachelor’s degree in in hospitality management, restaurants, culinary management or equivalent
A holder of local Hygiene Manager Certificate and/or Food Safety and Hygiene certification
Proven track record in bar operations with a deep understanding of beverage trends and market dynamics
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
Attention to details, good planning, organising and problem solving skills
Excellent command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), speaking and writing; speak other languages is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
