Job Objective
Member of the Business Development & Customer Relations function that focuses on building client relationships, acting as a point of contact, addressing client problems promptly together with the Supervisor, and working closely with the management team to ensure client needs are fulfilled timely and effectively. Review and draft legal documents, assist in managing business risks, conduct negotiations on behalf of the organization for matters assigned by the management. Support the achievement of business growth objectives through coordination of resources, identification, evaluation, planning, and progression of projects. Supports vessel budget proposal and related matters preparation, maintains and updates the budget working file, reviews budgets submitted to clients as part of the “Budget Gateway” function, and analysis and pricing of services offered.
