The Role

This Recruiter role plays a key function in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers in developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. This role will deliver end to end recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service level.

The recruiter understands the banking talent pool very well. And has solid capabilities to navigate the complexities in a global banking environment.

Key Accountabilities

What you will do:

Take full ownership to end to end recruitment service, executing from sourcing to offer management in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
Building proactive relationships with multiple key internal stakeholders eg, Hiring Managers, HRBP, Compensation team, Heads of HR
Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers– this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, agreed timeframes, salary proposal and onboarding responsibilities
Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to elevate appropriately
Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand.

Skills & Experience

You are an experienced recruiter within RPO, in‑house banking hiring or agency with strong critical thinking and think out of the box mindset
3‑5 years recruitment proven track record of working closely with the banking talent pool in 香港, HRBPs, colleagues from compensation and benefits in proposing and extending simple to complex offers to candidates
Solid experience in recruiting revenue and non‑revenue generating banking rolesis preferred
Business proficiency level in English and Cantonese is required
You strive in managing high volume, fast paced, structured environment with good attention to detail ability
Expertise in multiple candidate sourcing channels (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searching)
Demonstrated ability to influence candidates, hiring decisions makers and stakeholders, with ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends related to recruitment
You are client focused, proactive, result‑driven and a team player
Confident communicator with a persuasive and credible personal style
Experience working in an agile fast‑moving setting is what you enjoy
