A leading multinational organization in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive HR & Admin Specialist to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage comprehensive HR operations and office administration within a dynamic, global environment, contributing to the organization’s operational success.
Job Description
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Handle HR documentation, contract preparation, and employee record maintenance with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee administrative tasks including office supplies procurement, facilities management, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations, addressing logistical and operational challenges independently.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain a productive work environment.
- Ensure HR and administrative activities comply with Hong Kong labor laws and internal policies.
- Act as point of contact for employee and administrative inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Operate autonomously, taking ownership of tasks from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in HR and admin processes and implement practical solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR operations and office administration, with a proven track record as a well‑rounded professional.
- Strong hands‑on experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks independently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in a multinational or corporate setting is an advantage.
