About the role

As a Boutique Supervisor, you support and encourage the Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisors, ensuring the delivery of the ultimate luxury customer experience. You act as a bridge between boutique management and the sales team, supervise daily operations, uphold brand image standards, and facilitate efficient floor activities. You play a key role in coaching, team development, and maintaining high operational standards.

What you will bring

Solid retail experience, preferably in luxury or Watches and Fine Jewelry, with proven coaching and supervisory skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. A proactive, client‑focused mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement. Competence in business analysis, planning, and organizing. Presentable appearance and strong teamwork skills. Computer literacy and openness to learning new systems.
