Role Description

The Senior / Principal MEP Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in 香港 SAR. CDG international is looking for experienced Senior/Principal Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and implementation of M&E systems across our projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex building services projects or sizing facilities on time and within budget. He/She will also be assisting in business development aligning with the 公司名稱’s business strategy.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering and Building Services, with the ability to lead complex multidisciplinary designs.
Strong skills in MEP Coordination, including interface management with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
Practical experience in Plumbing design for building and infrastructure projects, including system layout, sizing, and code compliance.
Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and applications for building services, such as power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and sustainable building systems
7+years of post-qualification experience, with a significant portion in a project delivery or project management role.
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project
Details oriented with strong safety awareness and problem solving skills
Able to work with other disciplines and supporting team

Pay: From $50,000.00 per month
