Overseeing the Kitchen Cabinet business unit and supporting overall operational and commercial performance.
Coordinates day-to-day sales activities, project planning, and client account management for residential and commercial developments, ensuring products and services meet project requirements and brand standards
Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks
Collaborates closely with design, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to manage quotations, timelines, quality control, and after-sales follow-up.
Provides leadership and guidance to the kitchen cabinet team, monitors key performance indicators, prepares regular business reports, and contributes to budgeting, pricing strategies, and market development.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, especially in kitchen cabinets
Good understanding of kitchen cabinet products, materials, design principles, and installation processes; experience working with developers, architects, and contractors is highly beneficial.
Proven experience in leading large scale projects from conception to completion
Previous track record of different installations of kitchen cabinets projects
Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with internal teams, clients, and external partners; willingness to attend site meetings and conduct regular follow-ups.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project financials
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
