We are seeking a Senior Designer to join I.T Group in the Southern District. This is a full-time 職位 that offers a unique opportunity to lead design initiatives within the fashion and textile design sector. As Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative vision and driving innovation across our design portfolio. This 職位 is central to our strategic objectives, ensuring that our collections reflect market trends whilst maintaining our distinctive brand identity.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the design development process from concept through to production, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and market 職位ing
Creating detailed design specifications, mood boards, and technical drawings for fashion and textile collections
Conducting market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and maintain competitive advantage
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development, merchandising, and marketing to deliver cohesive collections
Mentoring and providing creative direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Managing design timelines and budgets whilst maintaining quality standards
Presenting design concepts and collections to key stakeholders and leadership

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5+ years' professional experience in fashion or textile design within a commercial environment
Proven expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI applications
Strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences across multiple sectors
Exceptional drawing and illustration skills, with the ability to communicate ideas visually
Demonstrated experience in developing cohesive collections from initial concept to final production
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
