Responsibilities

Responsible for daily accounting duties, including voucher preparing, cheque issuing, bank reconciliation and documents filing.
Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
Prepare revenue, cost, expenses reconciliation and analysis.
Handle inter-公司名稱 transactions & accounts reconciliation.
Assist in month-end closing, including prepare relevant supporting schedules and financial analysis.
Perform ad hoc assignments when necessary.

Requirements

High Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
A minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience in Accounting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and adaptability.
Well organized, willing to learn and able to meet monthly reporting deadline.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel skills
Knowledge of ERP Systems – preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Cantonese.
