As an Operations Manager, you’ll set the bar and hold the line, driving a dynamic operation, delivering up exceptional customer experiences and bringing the hype to life.

The Role

Work with the Senior Food Team to assist in project management, setup, and launch of the food retail element across 4 stores
Work closely with Food B&M, marketing and F&B team to ensure the brand calendar rotation for retail is programmed and identify/highlight issues, giving recommendations as required.
Oversee day‑to‑day food retail operations
Training new brand/product offers to the retail teams
Ensuring the setup & operating environment meets both Lane Crawford standards and brand requirements.
Delivering elevated levels of customer experience.
Ensuring compliance with internal and external operating standards including FEHD inspections and license requirements.
Lead the Retail Operations team to deliver the target revenues and monitor performance to ensure KPI’s sales targets are met.
Oversight the operations planning and store execution of all new, incoming food retail brands, including managing the changeover process and project plan.
Develop and rollout out the detailed SOPs for the retail operations and wider food operations teams to make sure overall alignment.
Responsible to deliver the KPI’s set by Senior Team, including but not limited to maximize customer conversions, average transactions and repeat purchases.
Liaise with external brands for operational setup/requirements including staffing, training, licensing, equipment and supply chain.
Oversight brand/product sales performance for each retail 地點 and liaise closely with the Food B&M teams to ensure effective supply chain and quality control
Monitor & communicate internally on HK market, competitors, and consumer trends to ensure continued alignment on pricing and offer integrity.
Overall responsible for ensuring the food visual merchandising standards are rolled out and consistent across all stores. Work closely with the LC VM Team on training, setup of new installations and ongoing changeovers.
Oversight inventory and stock levels, liaising closely with B&M and Supply Chain teams to address issues and optimize availability.
Ensure high levels of product knowledge and training are provided to the Retail Operations team on all new brands and new products.
Work closely with Store Operations team to ensure Lane Crawford operating standards are communicated across the food team.

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
10+ years’ experience in premium/ luxury retail environment.
Strong experience in pre‑opening and store rollouts
Overseas/ international experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen with experience of P&L management and KPI management
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English required.
Strong knowledge in developing systems, SOPs and process management required.
