Responsibilities

Execute option OTC trades, optimizing entry/exit timing and execution quality, minimizing market impact, and supporting daily hedging and strategy implementation.
Assist in CTA/systematic strategy R&D, covering data processing, signal research, backtesting validation, and post-launch monitoring.
Execute market-neutral/arbitrage strategies, capturing cross-market, cross-product, and cross-tenor opportunities with low-impact execution.
Monitor real-time market data and 職位 risk across all markets, execute risk control directives, and support 7×24 trading operations including night shifts.
Respond to ad-hoc trading requirements, flexibly executing across multiple products and markets with timely 職位 adjustments.

Requirements

sBachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related STEM fields preferred
Possess solid understanding of Crypto markets and trading mechanisms, with proficiency in spot, perpetuals, and options
Demonstrate strong learning agility and market curiosity, with ability to work independently in high-intensity, fast-paced environments
Willing to work night shifts and adapt to 7×24 rotational schedules
Maintain strong risk awareness, execution discipline, emotional stability, and stress resilience
