Responsibilities

• Lead the Billing & Receipts team to ensure timely and accurate billing and accounts receivable collections.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all billing and receipt-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures on credit control and accounts receivable.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including AR and bank reconciliations.
• Participate in accounting system enhancements and other AR‑related system integrations.
• Drive process improvements and streamline invoicing and collection procedures.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a sizable organization.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in the property leasing business is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Oracle is highly preferred.
