JoB AD: Accounting Clerk (with Administrative Duties)

We are a trading 公司名稱 (buying office) specializing in networking and consumer products. Our team values professionalism, efficiency, we provide a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks and maintain full set of accounts (AP/AR, data entry, bank reconciliation).
• Prepare invoices and assist in monthly financial reports.
• Support year‑end closing, financial statements, tax filings, payroll, and 公司名稱 registry returns.
• Handle filing, record keeping, and general office administration.
• Manage correspondence, office supplies, and coordination with internal departments.
• Carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Work, Excel and accounting software, such as Peachtree)
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Detail‑minded, organized, and able to multitask.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: HK$16,000 – HK$18,000 (depending on experience)
• Double pay, medical insurance, annual leave entitlement
• 5 working days (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm, including 1‑hour lunch break)
