Senior Manager, Human Resources

Your Impact
  • Serve as the 第一頁 point of contact for all HR matters, partnering closely with Office Managing Partners and Practice Leaders.
  • Lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and policy development.
  • Drive employee engagement and communications, while supporting cross-functional and global HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to identify training needs and deliver impactful solutions.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Studies, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven HR experience in international law firms or professional services.
  • Managerial experience is a must.
  • Deep knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (Chinese and Mandarin a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and influencing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (ideally PeopleSoft), Excel, and Generative AI tools.
  • Thorough understanding of labour legislation and its workplace application, including but not limited to:
    • Employment
    • Employees’ Compensation
    • Occupational Safety and Health
    • Equal Opportunities
