Key Responsibilities
Review product requirements, technical designs, and user workflows to identify quality risks early and provide timely, meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for web/mobile products, backend APIs, task scheduling flows, and AIGC generation pipelines.
Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, compatibility, and release acceptance testing across product features and service interfaces.
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for stable and high-value scenarios, including API tests, workflow tests, and regression suites.
Validate AIGC outputs such as images, videos, prompts, metadata, moderation results, generation status, and user-facing delivery quality.
Identify, record, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, logs, screenshots, and other useful evidence.
Collaborate with engineers to investigate issues, verify fixes, monitor debugging results, and prevent recurring defects.
Track and analyze quality metrics such as defect trends, escape rate, regression coverage, failed test patterns, and release readiness.
Improve QA processes, test data management, automation coverage, and release quality standards for fast iteration in an agile environment.
Stay up to date with emerging testing tools, automation practices, and AI-assisted QA methods, and proactively apply them where they improve efficiency or quality.
RequirementsBachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably for consumer products, web/mobile applications, backend systems, or AI-related products.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, test case design, defect management, regression testing, and release validation.
Experience with automated testing tools or frameworks such as Pytest, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or similar technologies.
Solid understanding of HTTP, RESTful APIs, JSON, databases, logs, and common client-server troubleshooting methods.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases, bug reports, and quality summaries.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to prioritize testing work based on product risk and release impact.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and algorithm/model teams.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Nice to HaveExperience testing AIGC, multimedia, image/video processing, recommendation, content moderation, or creator tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into release workflows.
Experience with performance, reliability, security, compatibility, or observability-based testing.
Experience testing distributed task scheduling systems, asynchronous workflows, queue-based systems, or long-running generation 職位.
