Based in 香港 and reporting to the Marketing Manager, this 職位 will play a key role in driving and delivering Complete and the Group (IPI Group) 's marketing and digital marketing strategy across Chinese social media channels.
The role of the Marketing & Social Media Executive is to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies while developing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all Chinese social media channels, and to be responsible for copywriting for online and offline collateral. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to run digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager in creative planning, video shooting, and assist with the development of online and offline visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
· Social media content writing and development
· Define and manage content strategies with the Marketing Manager—guiding the development of targeted content across all digital platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and WeChat—while working closely with Sales and Investment teams
· Plan monthly content calendars and maintain a consistent brand style
· Monitor platform performance and provide simple insights for improvement
· Execute posting, scheduling, planning, and engagement across all platforms
· Organize online ad placements and other arrangements on Chinese platforms
Video shoot Coordination (in-house and 3rd Party)
· Work with the internal team and third-party production houses on video shoot planning and required content
· Coordinate schedules, communication, and deliverables
· Follow up with 3rd-party production on retouching progress
· Ensure all final assets align with brand direction and quality
Copywriting & General Marketing Support
· Assist in the copywriting of other marketing channels' collaterals other than social media platforms
· Support other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks for the Group
· Assist with virtual and physical events as needed
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or above in digital marketing/marketing or a related field
· Strong copywriting skill is a must
· Solid video editing ability
· Proficient in written and verbal Simplified Chinese and English
· Proven work experience in marketing (5 years or above)
· Proven work experience in Chinese digital marketing years)
· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
· Experience with A/B and multivariate testing on social platforms
· Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
· Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) - advantageous
· A strong sense of aesthetics
