Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for the 公司名稱's overall accounting operations, including revenue and cost recognition, expense recording, and ensuring accounts are clear, accurate, and timely. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing on schedule. Maintain close communication with the settlement and reporting teams to streamline internal financial data exchange processes.
Lead and manage the accounting team, including daily work al地點, business guidance, performance evaluation, and talent development, to enhance overall efficiency and professional capability.
Identify pain points in financial processes based on internal workflows and accounting policies, and follow up on process optimization initiatives. Utilize automation tools (such as RPA, Excel Macros, SQL, etc.) to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations and financial reporting.
Collaborate with business departments and product/technology teams to ensure the implementation of necessary optimization measures for financial settlement and accounting, gradually improving the integration between business and finance.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with external partners such as banks and audit institutions.
Support the implementation of additional process automation initiatives within the finance team.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above; professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA are preferred.
Must have legal employment eligibility in 香港.
At least 8 years of relevant financial work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in team management. Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and written), with good command of English, and able to understand Mandarin.
Strong process optimization mindset; proficient in at least one financial automation tool (e.g., RPA, Excel Macros, SQL), capable of leveraging technology to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
In-depth knowledge of 香港 accounting standards, with solid expertise in finance and data analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and compliance awareness.
