Senior / UI/UX Designer (Client-Facing Digital Platforms)
About the Role
We are helping a leading insurance 公司名稱 in hiring a Senior / UI/UX Designer to join their digital product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing various client-facing platforms and applications, delivering seamless and intuitive digital experiences for both customers and internal users.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of the 公司名稱’s digital offerings in the insurance space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for multiple client-facing platforms and applications, from discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery
Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other design team members to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve digital experiences
Create clear user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and design systems
Present design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure design consistency and quality across different platforms and touchpoints
Champion user-centred design principles and best practices within the organisation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related discipline
Minimum 5–8 years of solid UI/UX design experience, preferably working on complex digital products or multi-platform applications
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI)
Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail and user experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the insurance, financial services, or fintech industry
Experience designing client-facing digital platforms, customer portals, or mobile applications
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
Soft Skills
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance business goals with user needs
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
