Job Responsibilities:

Manage the 公司名稱's IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, storage, databases, cloud services, as well as day-to-day system monitoring and operational tasks.
Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including firewall configuration, security policies, and threat management to protect network perimeter security.
Formulate IT strategies that address the needs of various business units while aligning with overall corporate goals and industry best practices.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of end-user computing devices, including defining standards and specifications, eligibility criteria, procurement, deployment, and end-of-life management.
Act as the primary incident manager, leading and coordinating the resolution of major IT incidents with significant business impact.
Supervise the implementation of changes and conduct post-change reviews to ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
Create and maintain internal documentation, end-user knowledge bases, training resources, and IT support portals.
Standardize IT procedures and work instructions to promote operational consistency and support strategic objectives.
Manage enterprise agreements and software licensing for Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Intune, Teams, Active Directory, Exchange, and other end-user computing applications.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in IT service management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership 職位.
In-depth expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Office suite, Active Directory, macOS, Adobe applications, Intune (including architecture, policy configuration, and device management), and golden image creation/deployment.
Possession of ITIL and/or PMP certification is preferred; additional certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking, or security are an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and demonstrate accountability.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
Candidates who are immediately available will be prioritized.
Applicants with slightly less experience may be considered for the Senior IT Manager role.
